Training for Life collects personal information from you, including information about your:

• Name
• Contact information
• Details of activities and assessments, including results, of any courses you access.
  

We collect your personal information in order to provide access to our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), email notifications and keep records which may be needed by some third parties.

We only share this information with specific secondary and tertiary education providers where we need to report learners results for their record keeping.

Providing some information is optional, however if you choose not to enter you contact details, we'll be unable to allow you to access our VLE.

We keep your information for two years after your last access to our VLE or until you request to be removed at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing your digital files.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@trainingforlife.nz.
